This past year marked my 20th year as a maker of jewelry. Repetition and tactility remain at the forefront of thought when making. My most recent interest is in utilizing twisted silver wire, similar to the way yarn fibers twist when made, and soldering it with fine 18k gold. This work speaks of connection, repetition, time and patience. Each are deeply rooted in my practice and in life. The spiral form grows slowly from the interior, one gold connection element at a time.
